Will I be charged taxes?

European Union Delivery Address

  • You will be charged the VAT rate (ranging between 17% and 27%) of the Member State at the checkout where the delivery takes place.
  • No VAT will be applied at the checkout to EU orders exceeding €150 threshold, however import VAT and import duties will be levied upon receipt of the goods.

United Kingdom Delivery Address

  • You will be charged a 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) at the checkout based on the delivery address within the United Kingdom.
  • No VAT will be applied at the checkout to orders exceeding £135 threshold, however import VAT and import duties will be levied upon receipt of the goods.

United States Delivery Address

  • You will be charged the respective sales tax at the checkout based on the delivery address within the United States.

Canada Delivery Address

  • You will be charged GST/HST, ranging from 5% to 15%, at the checkout for deliveries to Canada. Please note that customs duties may also be levied upon receipt of the goods.

Delivery Address within all other countries

  • For countries not covered in the above scenarios, no tax will be charged at the checkout. However, please note that you are responsible for import fees, taxes and/or customs duties that may be levied upon receipt of the goods.

Was bedeutet der Status meiner Bestellung?

  • NEU- Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.
  • Processing- Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department (or one of our distributors), and our team is gathering all of your goodies and preparing them to be shipped.
  • Closed- Your order has been refunded. Your credit card has been fully refunded at this point.
  • Complete- Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.
  • Canceled- Your order has been canceled, and your credit card has not been billed.

ÄNDERUNGEN & STORNIERUNGEN

Kann ich meine Bestellung ändern?

  • We may be able to if your order still shows as "New" status. Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, neither you nor our customer service staff can change it. If your order status says anything other than "New", it can no longer be changed or canceled. This includes updates to the Shipping Address.
